Your Personal Information will be kept confidential to the maximum possible extent and will be used to support Your relationship with BDO TalkRoom. You agree that this Privacy Policy and any security measures that the We may take to secure Personal Information (as defined under the Information Technology Act and the rules made thereunder) or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined under the Information Technology Act and the rules made thereunder) on the Website constitutes reasonable security practices and procedures under section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and accordingly, the rules of the Central Government in this regard shall not apply. We will then seek to investigate whether the security breach was related to the data transmissions from Our Services and let You know what steps can be taken to rectify the problem. Further action, such as reporting incidents to the police or other proper authorities, may also be required.
8.4. Your information or data will primarily be stored in electronic form. However, certain data can also be stored in physical form. BDO TalkRoom may store, collect, process and use Your data in countries other than the Republic of India but under full compliance with applicable laws. BDO TalkRoom may enter into agreement with third parties (in or outside of India) to store Your information or data. These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard Your information or data and BDO TalkRoom will on commercial reasonable basis require such third parties to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard Your information / data.
8.5. BDO TalkRoom shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive Your Personal Information.
8.6. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, BDO TalkRoom shall have no liability whatsoever in case of occurrence of a force majeure event, including in case of non-availability of any portion of BDO TalkRoom and/or Services occasioned by act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, infrastructure failure, technology outages, failure of technology integration of partners or any other cause whatsoever, beyond the control of BDO TalkRoom. Further, in case of a force majeure event, BDO TalkRoom shall not be liable for any breach of security or loss of data uploaded by You to BDO TalkRoom.
Use of Services is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If You are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, You may use Our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
